Top 5 iOS Medical Apps in Lebanon: Q3 2024 Performance

The third quarter of 2024 brought varied performance for the top medical apps on iOS in Lebanon. These insights, gathered by Sensor Tower, provide a snapshot of the download and active user trends for each app.

DRAPP –Telehealth Made Easy experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting at over 200 in early July and peaking at 295 in the week of July 22. The numbers dipped towards the end of the quarter, with the final week seeing 118 downloads.

MyChart observed a notable increase in weekly downloads mid-quarter, reaching 167 in late July. However, the downloads decreased significantly by the end of September, dropping to 36. Weekly active users also showed a downward trend, starting at 467 and declining to 342 by the end of the quarter.

Saint Joseph Medical Center saw its downloads fluctuate throughout the quarter. The app began with 82 downloads in the first week of July and had a peak of 103 downloads in mid-August. The quarter ended with a sharp drop to 26 downloads in the last week of September.

The Ministry of Public Health app had a relatively stable download pattern early in the quarter, with numbers around 80-85 per week. However, downloads decreased significantly in mid-September, hitting a low of 20, before slightly recovering to 48 by the end of the quarter.

Lumi by Nextcare had modest download numbers, with a peak of 69 downloads in the week of July 15. Active users showed some variability, starting at 301 and peaking at 358 in late July before declining to 235 by the end of September.
